"Tasted blind, the 2015 Echézeaux Grand Cru also put in a superb performance, bursting from the glass with an expressive bouquet of dark wild berries, cola, orange rind, dried flowers and espresso. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, lavish and dramatic, with a broad attack, a deep and juicy core of fruit, satiny structuring tannins and a long, fragrant and already sapid finish.
