"The 2015 Meursault AC from Domaine Ente is another very pure and classy example of the vintage (sensing a theme here?), delivering an excellent nose of pear, apple, iodine, hazelnut, lovely minerality and a floral topnote redolent of apple blossoms. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, crisp and very refined on the attack, with a juicy core and impressive backend mineral drive on the long and zesty finish. Like the Bourgogne Blanc, this is really giving and succulent at the outset and will deliver plenty of pleasure from release, but it is also impeccably balanced and will keep nicely."
