Lot #49. Domaine Leroy Romanée-Saint-Vivant 2002

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 97 AM.
" A highly expressive and gorgeously complex nose features notes of menthol, dried flowers and stem hints along with plenty of spice elements. There is excellent volume and mid-palate density to the mouth coating medium weight plus flavors that possess superb depth of material that completely buffers the moderately firm tannic spine shaping the wonderfully long and impeccably well-balanced finish. This is an incredibly good, indeed reference standard, RSV that should continue to improve for the better part of the next decade and last for three more after that. A bona fide 'wow' wine. Consistent notes." Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Apr 2018
Provenance: The Atlantic Cellar
Lot Location: Orange County
Estimate: $5,500
