Lot #139. Domaine Méo-Camuzet Richebourg 2010

Description: Consists of 6 Bottles, 0.75L
Score: 97+ JG.
"The 2010 Richebourg from Domaine Méo-Camuzet is another absolutely brilliant wine, with elegance, sappiness and stunning signature of soil. The deep, complex and refined bouquet offers up a mélange of red and black cherries, plums, cocoa powder, woodsmoke, violets, beautiful soil tones and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and completely suave on the attack, with a sappy core, beautiful transparency, refined tannins and great length and grip on the perfectly poised and focused finish. Richebourg is not always the most soil-driven of terroirs in Vosne, but the 2010 Méo-Camuzet version is beautifully transparent." John Gilman, View From the Cellar, Nov/Dec 2011, Issue #36
Provenance: The Glycine Cellar
Lot Location: Orange County
Estimate: $13,000
