Gently reminiscent of an After Eight, showing notes of Florentines and a touch of spearmint; eliciting memories of Mouton 1945, with black cassis, cardamom, and a very playful bouquet. Substantial but elegant, with fine extract and sweetness; well-ripened tannins, which will yield further potential; the wine adheres to the palate with an ethereal finish, showing a mineral-saline quality, very fresh and juvenile, with further aging potential."
