"Medium yellow-green. At first a little muted, with fine tobacco-like spice and smoky crushed stone notes, opening slowly in the glass with fine dried herbs and a hint of dark chocolate; still very closed on the palate but with intense minerality, seeming distant and somewhat unsympathetic - should definitely be decanted; fine orange jam notes giving way to a finesse-rich arc of acidity, producing a mouthwatering finale; makes you want another sip; a fascinating food companion with great future potential.
