Lot #452. Etienne Sauzet Montrachet 1992

Description: Consists of 2 Bottles, 0.75L
Score: 96 AM.
"(With thanks to Bruce Khouri). Deep golden color. A sensational and now fully mature nose features subtle spice hints with still fresh aromas of pear, peach and white flower and only a trace of the exoticism that marks so many wines from this vintage. The big, rich, powerful and still impressively vibrant full-bodied flavors brim with dry extract that coats the palate and completely buffers the firm acid spine that provides shape and focus for the explosive and hugely long finish. This is a classic Montrachet that is still drinking well . . ." Burghound.com, May 13, 2016
