"Deep saturated ruby. Multidimensional nose of great purity and complexity: cassis, rose petal, minerals, truffle and a suggestion of minty austerity. Great precision and intensity in the mouth; this has that tightly coiled spring of great young Burgundy. Framed and sweetened by new oak but not at all obviously oaky.
