Lot #1397. Henri Boillot (Maison) Montrachet 2000

Description: Consists of 2 Bottles, 0.75L
Score: 93 AM.
"Gorgeously detailed fruit is complemented by intense citrus all framed by pain grillé and mineral notes followed by lively, heavy weight flavors of impressive distinction and exciting duration. Despite the forwardness of the nose, there is plenty of underlying material plus ripe acidity all in a tightly wrapped package. Classy, long and pure and this does perhaps the best job of buffering and integrating the full-on oak treatment." Burghound.com, Apr 01, 2003
Provenance: The Tower Cellar
Notes: 2cm or better, light adhesive residue on capsules, very lightly bin soiled, very lightly scuffed labels.
