Lot #34. Jacky Truchot Clos de la Roche 2002

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 90-92 AM.
"From two parcels planted in 1937 and 1955. This is a very powerful wine with superb richness and budding complexity. It's quite ripe on the nose with very earthy, somewhat somber aromas of underbrush and subtle spice notes. The structure is quite firm and this will require time to really harmonize but there is so much mid-palate sap that this is very promising and it should drink well . . ." Allen Meadows, Burghound.com, Jan 2004
Provenance: The Azalea Cellar
Notes: Lightly scuffed capsule, lightly wine stained vintage neck tag, nicked and lightly bin soiled label.
