92+ JG. "The 2011 Beaux Monts was the last wine to finish up its malo in the Jadot cellars this year, and had only finished up a week or two before my visit and had not yet been racked. Despite its awkward stage, it is quite clear that this will be excellent, as it offers up a deep and complex nose of black cherries, plums, a touch of bonfire, game, dark soil tones and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, complex and very well-balanced, with a fine core, ripe tannins and excellent backend energy on the soil-driven and youthful finish. This will be lovely."
