"This wine was not made in 2011, 2013 or 2014. The next edition after this one will be 2015. The 2012 Brunello di Montalcino Bassolino di Sopra will be released in October. This wine immediately grabs your attention and focus thanks to the incredible purity and intensity that lifts so gracefully from the glass. The bouquet presents aromas of dried cherry, cassis, freshly tilled soil and wild rose. The wine carries itself with majesty, floating or gliding over the palate with silky smoothness.
