"There is a finesse and crystal-clear elegance that makes me happy. This rosé reminds me very much of the white '89, with its perfect balance, crackling acidity, and irresistible aromatic purity. A wonderful gift from the Royal Ballet's premier dancer, Brendan Collins. Best “Party Champagne” ever produced, according to the Millennium Tasting. Slightly less fascinating in a perhaps not perfectly stored case lately. The development is slightly too rapid in comparison with what I was expecting, and while the wine has indeed gained in strength and depth, it has lost too much in elegance."
