"Bright dark red. Sexy floral lift to the aromas of raspberry, woodsmoke, white pepper and spices. At once sweet, firm and concentrated on entry, with harmonious acidity and subtle salinity giving shape and lift to the middle palate. Not a blockbuster; in fact, a bit more delicate, delineated and high-pitched than The Lovers if not quite as plush. Superb intensity and floral perfume here.
