Lot #1228. Aubert Pinot Noir Reuling Vineyard 2006

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 93 ST.
"Good full, deep red. Deeply pitched aromas of red plum, raspberry, wild strawberry, cola, underbrush and earthy spices, all lifted by a floral element. Sappy, sweet, dense and thick, with impressive extract to the raspberry and underbrush flavors. This is huge without coming across as aggressive, and the tannins are wonderfully fine-grained. As has been his habit in making red wines for years, Aubert uses a spike of heat during the middle of the fermentation to get more sweetness and gras in his wines." Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar, May/Jun 2008
Notes: Very lightly scuffed and very lightly wrinkled label.
