"Dark red cherry, plum and spice notes flesh out in the 2012 Chambolle-Musigny Aux Echanges. Beautifully resonant in the glass, the 2012 is a bit richer and fatter than the wines Jean-Marie Fourrier makes under his domaine label, but all the elements are in the right place. Above all else, the 2012 Echanges is immediate, racy and drop-dead gorgeous. Fourrier adds that the Echanges is a bit bigger than his own wines because the grower deleafed and Fourrier did not.
