"The 2011 Barolo Pernanno is a very elegant and correct wine from Cascina Adelaide, located at the heart of the Barolo township (at Castiglione Falletto). This wine emits pretty fruit definition with cassis and wild cherries. Those aromas are followed by dried plum and grilled herb. This wine shows depth and dimensions with good acidity and firm tannic management. Only 3,500 bottles were produced." Wine Advocate #232, Aug 2017 |
