Lot #118. Joseph Roty Charmes-Chambertin Très Vieilles Vignes 2011

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 96 JG.
"The bouquet is a superb and utterly classic blend of black cherries, cassis, grilled meat, dark chocolate, a marvelously complex base of dark soil tones, woodsmoke, a touch of coffee bean and toasty new oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very soil-driven, with bottomless depth, impeccable focus and balance, ripe, chewy tannins, excellent acidity and stunning length and grip on the complex and very pure, palate-staining finish." View From The Cellar, Nov/Dec, Issue #48
Provenance: The Friendship Cellar
Notes: Very lightly bin soiled, very lightly scuffed label.
