"The 2015 Pinot Noir Hirsch Vineyard is powerful and tightly wound. In this vintage, the Hirsch is especially tannic and closed, the result of dramatically low yields. It will be interesting to see if the fruit can fully emerge. Today, the Hirsch impresses for its unrelenting drive and persistence.
