"At first almost refusing any fruit notes on the nose, relying entirely on the rocky minerality side of the aromatics with only a hint of sweet cherry within. Dense and chewy on the palate, with fine grained tannins and light, ripe acidity; permeated with minerality, but now also showing plump cherry-fruit; a fully dormant wine with everything in its place, almost inconspicuous in this youthful state - but such potential."
