91 RP. "The 2013 Pinot Noir West Slope Carneros Estate is a real beauty, with a deep ruby color and notes of raspberry, black cherry and blacker currants. The wine is savory, medium to full-bodied, with well-integrated acidity, tannin and no evidence of oak, although I suspect it’s there. The wine hits the palate with a nice gush of fruit, stays fresh and vibrant, and finishes with complete satisfaction. It is an outstanding example of Russian River Pinot Noir to drink over the next decade." Robert M. Parker, Jr., Wine Advocate, Mar 2016 |
