"From a 1 ha parcel of 40+ year old vines. A wonderfully elegant, ultra-cool and restrained nose exhibits notes of essence of herbal tea, red pinot fruit, wet stone, floral and subtle spice nuances. There is a very classy mouth feel to the intensely mineral-inflected middle weight flavors that culminate in an exceptionally refined and equally pure finish where the supporting tannins are notably finer.
