Lot #571. Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 1984

Description: Consists of 1 Magnum, 1.5L
Score: 93 RP.
More classic than the herb and olive-tinged Alexander Valley Cabernet, and not the least bit controversial such as the Bonny's Vineyard, the dark-colored, cassis, vanillin, and smoky-scented Napa cuvee possesses wonderfully rich, full-bodied flavors, underlying, unobtrusive tannin, and oodles of rich, creamy fruit. It is a lavishly rich, boldly-oaked Cabernet Sauvignon that admirably defines the All American style sought by winemaker/proprietor Justin Meyer. Wine Advocate #94, Aug 1994
Notes: Top shoulder, very lightly scuffed capsule, very lightly scuffed, very lightly bin soiled label.

Lot Location: Orange County
Estimate: $160
