Lot #432. Noël Verset Cornas 1987

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Region: France, Rhône, Cornas.
Score: 90 VM.
"Showing smoky red fruit, pipe tobacco and violet on the pungent nose, a hint of black pepper adds lift and spiciness. Juicy cherry and black raspberry flavors show a touch of gaminess and pick up a hint of olive with air. Chewy tannins give grip to the finish, which clings with good tenacity and echoing smokiness." Josh Raynolds, Vinous.com, Jan 2015
Provenance: The Brochet Cellar
Notes: 2.5cm, Lightly corroded capsule, very lightly scuffed, lightly damp stained, very lightly mold stained label.
