Lot #345. Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Romanée-Saint-Vivant Marey-Monge 1995

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 93 WA.
"Pale+ ruby colour with a touch of brick. The nose is a little mute to begin but with some coaxing opens to an even more perfumed style. Enticing aromas of warm strawberries are scented with potpourri, wilted roses, cloves, cassia and white pepper. The wine fills the mouth with a good intensity of earthy / spicy flavours, nicely balanced by a high backbone of acidity and a medium level of very finely grained tannins. Very long finish with lingering notes of pepper and minerals." Wine Advocate In Asia, May 2010
Provenance: The Brochet Cellar
Lot Location: Orange County
Estimate: $3,250
