Louis Chenu Savigny-lès-Beaune "Les Hauts Jarrons" 2019, 0.75L
Pinot Noir from Savigny-lès-Beaune, Burgundy
"The 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune Hauts-Jarrons 1er Cru comes from north-northeast- facing vines, whereas the domaine's others are south-facing. The soil is also slightly deeper and sandier here. This has the most floral bouquet, offering more red fruit and mineralité, and the best transparency of Pinoté among Chenu’s 2019s. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and a fine bead of acidity. Cohesive and structured, leading to a vivid, slightly tart finish. This is a fantastic Savigny that may well end up at the top of my banded score." 91-93 Neal Marin, Vinous

Maison de Montille Pouilly Fuisse En Vergisson 2020, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Pouilly Fuissé, Burgundy
"Half is in 600 litre barrel and half in stainless steel. Ripe fruit with quality reduction. Just short of peaches, yet still with the southern opulence. Balanced, just the right degree of light acidity. Made with a light touch." 91-93, Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy

Orin Swift Proprietary Red Papillon 2021, 0.75L
Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot / Cabernet Franc / Petite Verdot / Malbec from Napa Valley, California
"Still not bottled at the time I tasted it, the 2021 Papillon Red Wine is a five-variety Bordeaux blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot) that spends 13 months in 44% new oak. While not that complex, it does offer up bold cherry and cassis aromas on the nose, while the palate is full-bodied and velvety, with a long, almost zesty finish." 91-93 Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate
