It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for nine months in 600-liter French oak barrels, only 5% of them new. It's creamy, velvety and juicy, with 14.57% alcohol and good freshness and acidity. With time in the glass, it develops more complexity and is herbal, meaty and floral, with very fine, chalky tannins. It feels young and lively but approachable.
