"Straw-green. Quince, menthol and fresh citrus on the archetypal Sylvaner nose. Then richer than usual for a wine made with Sylvaner, boasting a very round mouthfeel and noteworthy size. Finishes long with flavors similar to the aromas and real clarity and cut. Made with grapes grown in four plots around Niedermorschwihr (two parcels of mostly granite and alluvial granite soils located on the lower portions of the slopes where there are deeper soils)." |
