"Purlieu's 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is a blend of fruit from Sleeping Lady, Corona, Cortese, Teucer and a few other sites across the valley. Sweet red cherry, pomegranate, mint, cedar, mocha, white flowers and spice are all wonderfully nuanced in a Cabernet Sauvignon that is deep and rich, but also remarkably vibrant. Quite simply, this is a fabulous appellation-level wine from Purlieu." |
