"The forthcoming release of Doyard's NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Non Dosé Révolution is based on the 2013 vintage and was disgorged in May 2020. Unfurling in the glass with scents of pear, warm pastry, apricot, toasted almonds and citrus oil, it's full-bodied, layered and elegantly muscular, with a deep and multidimensional core, racy acids and a long, precise finish. This is an especially elegant, refined rendition of Révolution, and it will be well worth following over time." |
