"The Désiré-Petit Crémant de Jura non-vintage Brut is composed entirely from chardonnay. The bouquet wafts from the glass in a youthful blend of pear, fresh-baked bread, a good base of fairly chalky soil tones and a topnote of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, bright and snappy, with a good core, frothy mousse and good length and grip on the well-balanced finish. This is a good, solid example." |
