"This beautiful, complex Chenin Blanc is . . . . quiet, delicate, floral nose with hints of beeswax. Vertical and linear on the palate, displaying precise acidity and tension. There are some faint but suggestive warm citrus notes, but there’s more than just fruit here, plus an underlying saltiness that carries onto the finish. Brilliant. Aged one year partly in concrete and partly in old stainless steel beer tanks. " |
