"This impressive wine boasts lovely aromas of lemon peel and mineral with a floral edge. The body is lively and fresh, with bright acidity, medium body, and enough extract to drive a long finish. The grapes come from a 0.69-hectare parcel at the foot of the Roche de Vergisson. The old-vine Chardonnay was pressed directly without crushing and fermented in old oak casks, where it will stay for two full winters.
