“With 80% of the fruit coming from the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, and aged in 25% new French oak, the youthful straw-colored 2021 Chardonnay Willamette Valley is fresh and lively, with aromas of crisp green apple, fresh lime, white flowers, and wet stone. Continuing to the palate with fantastic focus, this wine is drinking beautifully right out of the gate and will no doubt continue to drink well over the coming 5-7 years.” |
