“Fattoria Di Bacchereto produces 20000 bottles annually. The wines are lightly macerated at controlled temperatures and they are fermented in concrete vats and malolactic. Ageing is dones for at least 12 to 19 months in the oak barrels and then 6 months in the bottle. One can only imagine how good their organic wines made in such a way must taste.” |
