"Les Perrières is situated close to the quarry in Nuits-St-Georges and often seems to have a slightly chalky note to it chez Chevillon. Aged in 30% new wood, it's one of the more structured wines in the domaine's range in 2018, exhibiting impressive depth and concentration, sweet bramble and mulberry fruit, sinewy tannins and the potential to age stylishly in bottle."
