"The 2015 Cotes du Rhone Villages Plan de Dieu Vieilles Vignes is essentially the same blend as the Gigondas (80% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre) and is vinified almost identically, although normally bottled sooner. It's a terrific value, offering concentrated plum and spice notes, plenty of body and richness and a velvety finish." |
