"The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Ric Forman wine. Gracious and medium in body, with remarkable finesse, the 2016 is captivating from the very first taste. Sweet tobacco, menthol, licorice, lavender, rose petal and spice add striking layers of dimension to this translucent, super-expressive Cabernet. Today, the 2016 is more refined than it was as a barrel sample. I can't wait to see how it ages." |
