"The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet color with a hint of purple and is just a little closed, opening slowly to reveal notions of fresh blackcurrants, wild blueberries and mulberries with touches of plum preserves, dried Mediterranean herbs, violets and cedar chest plus a waft of tobacco.
