Léoville-Las Cases 2015, 0.75L
Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot from St. Julien, Bordeaux

"This wine that comes mainly from a magnificent walled vineyard within sight of the Gironde estuary is structured and dense. Its tannins and firm character show its enormous aging potential. Powerful black fruits come from the 85% Cabernet Sauvignon in this rich, juicy wine." 99 Points Wine Enthusiast

Rieussec 2015, 0.375L
Sémillon / Sauvignon Blanc from Sauternes, Bordeaux

"OMG. This is amazing. This is the new 2001. Incredible purity of botrytis and ripeness. Full-on. So driven and precise. Full-bodied, very sweet and electrified. Pineapple jam and mangoes — endless tropical fruits. This ends very clean and is almost tannic on the finish. A truly great Sauternes. Energy. . ." 99 points James Suckling

Bodegas Tradición Amontillado Viejisimo NV, 0.375L
Palomino from Jerez, Andalucía

"The NV Amontillado Viejísimo Tradición is estimated to be over 80 years old on average, as it's a blend of vintages in a classical solera system. The name is still not clear; it could be called Amontillado Extra Viejo Tradición VORS but once opened it's a bit redundant to say that it's a VORS, meaning over 30 years old when the wine is clearly much, much older than that. Either way, it is a new, extremely old Amontillado. When Sherries are this old they tend to lose the character of any one style. It's not clear whether they are Amontillado, Palo Cortado or even Oloroso since the wine gets so concentrated and powerful that most of the time you can only say they are 'vino viejo', old wines. This wine is an exceptional case. It was sourced from an Almacenista from Sanlúcar, so most likely it was a Manzanilla in its early days. It's fine, built like a wardrobe with everything in large doses, but all of it in place and in balance. It has plenty of balsamic, cigar ash, peat, smoky aromas with some notes of oak coming through with time in the glass. It's sharp, extreme, really salty, with a clear marine, Sanlúcar origin. It was bottled unfiltered at 24,87% alcohol and over 3 grams of sugar, but it feels completely dry, the extreme age concentrates everything. . ." 99 Points Wine Advocate

Dominus Estate 2002, 0.75L
Cabernet Sauvignon from Yountville, California

"This 2002 was virtually perfect when I tasted it in early May. Even better than I predicted seven years ago, this 4,500-case blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc and the rest Petit Verdot and Merlot has blossomed beautifully, revealing even greater intensity and potential than I predicted. A flawless, seamless integration of tannin, wood, alcohol and acidity is found in this dense, plum/purple-colored Dominus, along with copious notes of sweet black currants interwoven with kirsch, forest floor, unsmoked cigar tobacco, new saddle leather and forest floor. Full-bodied with velvety tannins, stunning elegance and a 45-second finish, this sensational 2002 rivals two of the all-time great wines made at Dominus, 1991 and 1994." 99 Points Robert M. Joseph Phelps Insignia 2001, 0.75L
Cabernet Sauvignon / Petit Verdot / Malbec from Napa Valley, California

"The sensational, prodigious 2001 Insignia Proprietary Red Wine (89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 3% Malbec) has never performed better. Still extremely youthful with a dense purple color as well as a beautiful bouquet of cedar, charcoal, incense, creme de cassis and black cherry jam, fabulous intensity, a multidimensional mouthfeel and a skyscraper-like texture, it is a Napa classic that is still very youthful and belies its age of ten years. Like its stablemate, it should age impeccably for 35 or more years. Kudos to Joseph Phelps Vineyards!" 99 Points Robert M. Parker Jr.

Joseph Phelps Insignia 2007, 0.75L
Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, California

"Aged 24 months in new French oak, this infant 2007 exhibits an inky/purple color along with notes of graphite, spring flowers and smoky oak. This full-bodied, classic Insignia reveals fabulous depth, ripeness, texture, viscosity and richness. Still young and unformed, it should evolve for 25 or more years.  Perhaps I should just go ahead and give this 2007 a three-digit score as it is a profoundly great Cabernet Sauvignon-based effort. The production was 13,500 cases of this 100% estate fruit blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. The alcohol came in at 14.5%. The growing season was nearly ideal, with early bud break, generous flowering, a bountiful crop size, and summer weather that was warm and dry with no significant heat spikes. According to the Phelps winemaking team, the cluster grape weights in 2007 came in 23-45% lower than average, which surprised everyone. However, the fruit quality was one of the finest they had ever seen. The result is one of the top Insignias yet produced." 99 Points Robert M. Parker Jr.

Schrader Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard T6 2008, 0.75L
Cabernet Sauvignon from Oakville, California

"The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon T6 (Clone 6) could be given a perfect score, it’s that special. All of this is like splitting hairs, but this opaque purple-colored wine offers up lavish, luxurious notes of blueberries, black raspberries, black currants, licorice, cedar and grilled herbs. Extremely dense and opulent with a voluptuous texture, it has layer upon layer of fruit and depth, and a mindboggling finish that had me shaking my head in awe. Sadly, this amazing wine has the most limited production of all the Schrader wines, 150 cases." 99 Points Robert M. Parker Jr.

Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2015, 0.75L
Cabernet Sauvignon from Columbia Valley, Washington

"The flagship is the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon mostly from Champoux with the balance from Palengat and Wallula vineyards. Crème de cassis, graphite, black licorice, unsmoked tobacco, and hints of chocolate emerge from this beauty and it continues to gain depth and nuance with time in the glass. Full-bodied, deep, and layered with an incredible purity and elegance on the palate, it's already accessible but has more than enough tannin, depth, and balance to evolve for two decades or more." 99 Points Jeb Dunnuck
