"100% Barbera grapes from the Perno hamlet in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba, a wine that sees the light with the vinification at the end of September, from hand-selected grapes fermented with hat emerged for 12/14 days. Refines in oak barrels for a few months, depending on the vintage. It goes out to the public after three years from the harvest and holds up to 10/15 years in the cellars of fans all over the world." |
